Shri. Naresh Raut Foundation, Kelwad proposed to Construct Women’s hostel including boundary Wall, boring hand pump, furniture and equipment including kitchen equipment, Bedding, electricity and other miscellaneous which benefit and provide awareness for socially, economically, educationally and politically deprived and marginalized women from Rahata Tehsil. Rahata Tehsil is located in rural area so the secondary education and other facility are rarely available for girls from different age group from Rahata Tehsil and surrounding areas. It is still imperative to provide access to girls to secondary schools in such a way that they are not required to cover large distance. Therefore, the main objective of the proposal is to bring the girl child to school and to retain her in school. The proposal thus envisages setting up of hostels with lodging and boarding facilities in the Educationally Backward Blocks
