The project will focus on building and deploying internet-enabled digital inclusion and learning labs to facilitate digital literacy, education programming, entrepreneurship training, and other community services in the Shirdi areas. Mobile computer labs will be equipped with the necessary paraphernalia. During the visit to the school/village, the bus will be available for three hours to each school and 5th to 7th STD student classes will be conducted. The bus shall cover dispensing common services like Aadhaar, Govt Schemes registration and creating awareness on government schemes and various development themes, etc., on weekends. The computer training and digital literacy program are initiatives of the SNR foundation that aims to provide basic computer and digital literacy training to children who have either drop out of school or currently pursuing their education. The project is also fostering an aim of women’s empowerment by being digitally literate.
